Is that Cat Eating Seaweed?!

Yes, he certainly is and the seaweed-loving kitty has the right idea. Although they’re not commonly found on dinner tables here in the U.S.A. edible plants from the sea are positively brimming with good-for-you nutrients and they probably should be.

In fact, seaweeds are some of the most densely packed antioxidant foods on the planet containing generous amounts of vitamins A, B1, C and E…making them a great immune building and anti-aging food.

The seaplant’s magnesium content can help reverse inflammation and many experts believe their lignan content can play an important roll in warding off cancer.

They have been used to ward off memory loss, help in recovering from a stroke, and even been called on to help drive off hay fever.

The seaweed that Joput is chowing down on in this video is likely Nori, a seaweed that’s commonly used as a wrap for sushi rolls. Nori is rich in iodine, iron, calcium, and protein…and, apparently, according to Joput anyway, it makes a great snack.

Hello to you all at Healthier Talk.
I am not allowed to have pets, because i stay in a block of flats, including birds!

So I would like to thank you for all the pet videos you have mentioned in your newsletter. At least, I can laugh at them. Seems the cat can teach us how to eat properly!!!!

Again, many thanks!!!!
